Hugh McKenna, REP registered Personal trainer, and Sally Tomkins (MAR), Reflexologist, will be presenting a series of talks that will help clarify the widespread confusion over supplementation for health. Future topics will include supplementation for maternity, sports and fitness, weight loss, muscular and skeletal health, etc.

Refreshments will be available.

Designed with the over 50s in mind, the young at heart class is an ideal solution to daily aches and pains on a pay as you go basis. Hugh McKenna has over 25 years experience in the health and fitness industry. He is registered with 'The Register of Exercise Professionals' as a Level 3 Advanced Instructor & Exercise Referral Specialist.
Hugh has run these classes for well over 11 years and now his focus is to bring them to the local Crawley community. Hugh really tries hard to develop a class of like minded individuals who simply want to improve on their current levels of health and mobility. The focus being to improve on 'Physical Independence' while adding another weekly date in your social calendars.

Classes will cost £5 per person including refreshments and a chin wag!

Spirit of the Millennium 2012
Hove Town Hall, Sunday 26th February 2012, 10.00am - 6.00pm.
Top class mediums, clairvoyants, astrology, holistic therapies, colour aura photography. Talks and demonstrations all day. Admission £2.50 - children under 12 free. All proceeds go to the Brighthelm Healing Trust.
