Tibetan Acupressure Head Massage |
Testimonials"Sally's reflexology treatments really helped me through some difficult stages in my pregnancy. I thoroughly recommend Sally to anyone who is pregnant or if you are just in need of some pure relaxation. I also tried the Tibetan head massage which was very relaxing and beneficial. Sally is also very knowledgeable on health products that can help with different problems."Rebecca Holloway, Copthorne. "During my last pregnancy I enjoyed many benefits of reflexology with Sally. I suffered with painful hips and legs during the first few months, but found that the treatment really helped to ease the discomfort in these areas, and my legs felt much lighter and not so full of fluid. I was diagnosed with varicose veins early on by the midwife. I was told that I would have to see a consultant and have these veins stripped, but over the weeks Sally worked on this problem and they have all but gone. One great benefit was that Sally always managed to release any constipation, which is especially uncomfortable when heavily pregnant. I found that this was the one therapy that I could have during pregnancy, and Sally always made sure that I was comfortable during the hour. I really enjoyed that time relaxing and being pampered, and found that I always had a great nights sleep after each session. Also, this is a great treatment for lowering blood pressure after the birth." Yvette Freeman, East Chiltington. "When I first began treatments with Sally, I was suffering from serious breathing difficulties and had major issues with my digestion. My health was restricting what I could do in my life, often forcing me to limit my activities or abandon them completely. As well as giving excellent, uplifting treatments, Sally took the time to understand my conditions and the nuances of my constitution. She has extensive knowledge of both complimentary and orthodox medical systems, allowing her to advise me on my dealings with my GP, and aspects of my diet. I've had regular reflexology sessions with Sally since autumn 2009, helping me to steadily build my level of health and wellbeing. Overall, I'm much happier about the state of my body, allowing me a far better quality of life. I very much much appreciate the skill and care she has applied." Lucas Crane, East Grinstead. "I didn't know much about reflexology until I found Sally through Google. I had been having problems with infertility, so I thought I would give it a try. After my first session, Sally accurately diagnosed my shoulder pain, which she rectified with an Indian Head Massage. 1 week later I found out I was pregnant, so it worked for me and I will definitely be highly recommending Sally to all my friends and family." F.G., Horsham "Having suffered with sleeplessness, aching legs and general fatigue since having my children, a friend suggested to me that I should try Reflexology. Never having tried anything like this before I was a bit sceptical about how it could help me, however I have had two courses of treatment from Sally now and have seen a real improvement, not only in my quality of sleep but in my general mood too. I don't feel as tired, no-longer suffer with aching legs and my overall mood is more upbeat and positive. I now have a reflexology session once a month as maintenance, this allows me to have quality 'me' time which as a working Mum with 3 young children is very hard to get." Chris Harris, Crawley. "I came to Sally because I had a sleep problem, only getting around 2-3 hours of sleep a night, for around 12 months. Sally has now, through her kindness and extreme knowledge of reflexology, given me back my sleep pattern of around 6-8 hours a night. I would not hesitate to recommend Sally, as her passion for her work is endless, and her knowledge and professionalism is outstanding, which I think is a rare quality these days. I can never thank you enough for giving me back my sleep and peace of mind." Sue Hall, Crawley. "Since being introduced to Sally at the Holistic Fair in May 2006 I have had my whole well-being rejuvenated. Following a car accident in 1999 I was left with very bad whiplash. Having made steady progress through the years with various treatments I was intrigued to see how Sally could help with relaxation, something I found hard to do as my injury always persisted. I have now visited Sally on six occasions. I have tried the Indian head massage which I found most relaxing. This technique helped as it also incorporated a neck and shoulder massage to help ease my problem areas. I have also tried the Tibetan acupressure head massage which now relaxes me so much that during treatment I feel I am in a trance! I cannot recommend Sally enough. Her suggestions with trying out various treatments have helped me relax and overcome pain enormously." Jan, Horsham. "I was skeptical about the real effects of reflexology at first, but after just one or two treatments, when Sally was diagnosing my health problems accurately, I was almost convinced, then after three or four I felt generally in much better health throughout my body due to Sally's reflexology treatments." John Blackford, Crawley. "My husband actually picked up Sally's leaflet on our booking-in appointment at the hospital. I'd always wanted to try reflexology and thought this was the perfect opportunity. I noticed a change in my stress level at work almost immediately. I felt much more in control of things and much less stressed about impending deadlines and workload. I did have a small problem with fluid retention in my ankles, which the reflexology also helped and it greatly helped improved my mood swings as my husband will no doubt attest to! I've finished my first course and now moved to maintenance, as recommended by Sally, which will be a monthly treatment until nearer the time of our new arrival. I would thoroughly recommend Sally to any mum-to-be or anyone in general." Jo Gibbs, Crawley. "I decided to see Sally, firstly to help me relax more and secondly because I wanted to improve my chances of conceiving. I travel daily into London for work and find the stresses of commuting impact on my life and thought that reflexology would be a great way of helping me relax and forget about the stresses that are thrown at us. I also decided to see Sally as I wanted to make sure that my body was relaxed enough to help me conceive. With the help of Sally's reflexology, my body relaxed enough to allow me to conceive and I'm now 16 weeks pregnant!" Sara, Crawley Down. "Having had the recommended sessions of Reflexology, I have noticed a great improvement in my wellbeing. More energy, less hot flushes." P.G., Crawley. "I decided to try some reflexology sessions with Sally in order to try and help me relax with my overall aim of conceiving. I was desperate to become pregnant again after loosing our first baby, then miscarrying and had been trying for a while with no success. I knew I needed something to help me relax my mind which my sessions certainly did with Sally. I always looked forward to them knowing that I would be floating out the door afterwards and also in my mind, knowing that I was doing something to try and help myself and my body fall pregnant. I am pleased and overjoyed to say that after a few sessions, I fell pregnant and had a good healthy pregnancy and I am now enjoying being Mum to our Son Cameron." Annamarie, Crawley "I have been coming to see Sally to help assist with my fertility treatment since last year. Having previously had ICSI, a form of IVF, and suffering a miscarriage in 2006, I turned to reflexology as a form of complimentary therapy to help me conceive. I had the frozen embryo transfer in August 2008. Several months before the transfer, I had regular treatments with Sally, coupled with taking ‘Zambroza’ to help balance my system. The embryo transfer went ahead in August and initially I stopped the reflexology, took time off work and relaxed. Two weeks later, the pregnancy test showed a positive result, with not only one embryo implanting - but two! We were having twins!! When I passed my first trimester, I returned to Sally for further treatment, which has been so beneficial in helping with pregnancy related symptoms such as my feet swelling, back ache, heartburn and constipation. Sally has been so helpful throughout the whole process and I would definitely recommend anyone else undergoing any form of IVF treatment to work alongside reflexology as an excellent aid to help." Crawley Client. "When I was 24 weeks pregnant I was diagnosed with Symphysis Pubis Dysfunction (SPD), where your pubic joint separates too early, which is caused by pregnancy hormones called relaxin. This was very painful and physically limiting. Sally was recommended to me by a Mum in my antenatal group who had had the same problem when she was pregnant. Sally knew all about SPD, what causes it and how to try and relieve the symptoms. She is qualified to practice various alternative/complimentary therapies, which meant she took a holistic approach to my care. This was really useful, especially when it came to dietary advice, but also just generally advising me on how to look after myself through the rest of my pregnancy. I have been to see Sally post-childbirth to help settle my hormones down, which has really helped my SPD. She has also given me some nutritional advice to support my body and my baby while I’m breastfeeding. To be honest, as much as I love being a new Mum, its really lovely to have an hour of “me time”. I would definitely recommend a visit to Sally if you are suffering from SPD or general pregnancy complaints." Pippa, Crawley. |
