My name is Sally Tomkins, and my practice, 'Head to Toe Healing' based in Crawley, West Sussex, specialises in natural therapies, including Reflexology, Indian Head Massage, Tibetan Acupunture Head Massage (TAHM), Reiki and Nutritional Advice.

I am a full member of the Association of Reflexologists (AoR) and FEDANT registered. I regularly attend Continuous Professional Development courses to further develop and update my skills and knowledge, and have received training in the Advanced Reflexology Technique (ART), developed by Tony Porter. I am also a member of the NHS Directory of Complementary and Alternative Practitioners, and hold an ITEC Diploma in Diet and Nutrition.
